Most women I meet come to me with the same quiet question on their hearts: “Is this really how life is meant to feel?”

Her Nurtured Life was born out of my own search for balance and vitality. I wanted to understand not just why women burn out, but how we can reimagine our lives in a way that feels nourishing, aligned, and sustainable.

Here, I bring together neuroscience, somatic practices, and holistic wisdom to help you reconnect with your body, reclaim your energy, and create a life that feels deeply yours.

This isn’t about pushing harder, “fixing” yourself, or chasing someone else’s version of success. It’s about uncovering what you truly want, setting goals that feel meaningful (not draining), and building the confidence and capacity to move toward them — in a way that honours your whole self.

About Me

Hi there! I’m Kate.

I’m part science geek, part barefoot beach wanderer, and 100% passionate about helping women feel at home in their own skin.

I’ve spent over 30 years as an educator of women and families, with qualifications in education, applied health, and neuroscience. That means I can dive deep into the fascinating workings of our minds and bodies… but I’ll always explain it in a way that feels human, heartfelt, and totally doable in everyday life.

My work is about more than managing stress - it’s about helping you remember who you are, what you want, and what truly matters to you. Together, we’ll tailor solutions that fit your life, so you can spend your time and energy on the things you truly value. Because life feels balanced when it’s built around what matters most.

I blend the latest neuroscience with somatic practices, self-compassion tools, and holistic approaches that honour the whole of you - mind, body, and spirit. My clients tell me they feel seen, understood, and supported as we work together to restore balance, rebuild energy, and reconnect with their own wisdom.

When I’m not coaching, running workshops, or happily lost in research papers, you’ll find me sipping peppermint tea, walking by the ocean, or surrounded by plants and animals. I’m a mum of two, and my happiest moments are usually spending time with my family and friends… or getting lost somewhere beautiful… or both!

At the heart of it all, I’m here to help you step out of survival mode, reconnect with yourself, and create a life that feels nourishing, joyful, and unapologetically yours.
